In 2008, I started as Personal Trainer in CT and added Specialist in Exercise Therapy to my title in 2011. In 2013 I suffered cervical compression as a Pro Wrestler, and in 2014 I had torn my PCL in my right knee. My body was beginning to break down on me and I was only 28 at the time. This led me to transition into the understanding of Movement Therapy and injuries.

I left my gym and I started working for myself as a Movement Therapist, eventually adding Fascial Stretch Specialist to my title in 2017. I had done some soul searching in the beautiful country of Iceland in 2016, and decided that I wanted to introduce Fascial Stretching to the Icelanders. This has led to me meeting and working with some amazing people in Iceland and introducing Fascial Stretching to the country between 2018 until the Pandemic in 2020.

In 2019 I founded SRT Therapy (Soft-Stretch Release Techniques llc.) and began teaching SRT clinics across the country. In the same year, I had been dragged into a 2-1/2 year legal battle that taught me so much about perseverance and dedication that I appreciate the trials. I came out victorious and have taught therapy clinics across the country and in Iceland, Canada, and Sweden over the past 4 years.

My goal is to share healing with as many people looking throughout the world, building the SRT company and educating professionals across the globe in Soft-Stretch Release Techniques.
